発熱外来のご案内

 

さてさて本日は当院でも検査・治療に力をいれている心房細動に関してです。

来週3月9日月曜日は「脈の日」で、ここから1週間は心房細動週間になります。

普段、ご自宅で血圧を測定していて、脈拍がエラーになったり、動悸症状を感じている患者さんで、

最近心電図検査をうけていない方は、ぜひ一度受診を検討しましょう。

不整脈に関しては経過観察で大丈夫な場合と検査・治療が必要な場合があります。心房細動は脳梗塞につながる不整脈になりますので注意が必要になります。

心房細動について

当院では来院当日に心電図検査・心臓超音波検査可能となっております。

心房細動は発見された場合は、ご持病や年齢等を加味して、お薬を調整する形になります。

少しでも心房細動による脳梗塞や心不全の発症を減らしたく思っていますので、ブログを読んでくださっている方で、ご自身やご家族さんなど、不整脈がご心配な方は、一度ご受診をご検討ください☆

We’ve been having some slightly warmer days. It was very windy today, and the temperature dropped toward the evening.

Influenza B is still going around. If you are struggling with a fever, please consider coming in for a consultation.

Now, today I’d like to talk about atrial fibrillation, a condition for which our clinic actively provides both testing and treatment.

Next Monday, March 9, is “Pulse Day,” and the following week will be Atrial Fibrillation Awareness Week.

If you regularly measure your blood pressure at home and have noticed pulse errors on your device or have been experiencing palpitations—and if you have not had an electrocardiogram (ECG) recently—we encourage you to consider scheduling a visit.

In some cases, arrhythmias can simply be monitored, while in others, further testing and treatment are necessary. Atrial fibrillation is a type of arrhythmia that can lead to stroke, so careful attention is required. At our clinic, electrocardiograms and cardiac ultrasound (echocardiography) can be performed on the same day as your visit.

If atrial fibrillation is detected, we will adjust medications based on your age and any underlying medical conditions.

We sincerely hope to reduce the occurrence of stroke and heart failure caused by atrial fibrillation as much as possible. If you or a family member are concerned about an irregular heartbeat, we encourage you to consider coming in for an evaluation.
